Telecom Order CRTC 98-989
On 2 September 1998, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 67, amended by TNs 67A and 67B dated 28 September 1998, for approval of rate revisions for Internet Access Services and to clarify the rates for services provided for both existing and new customers.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
