Telecom Order CRTC 98-901
On 7 August 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 404, Full-Time Local Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service, introducing: 1) a 10 year contract option for uni-directional and bi-directional D-1 service; 2) rate changes for one, two and three-year bi-directional D-1 service; 3) changes to the quantity discount structure; and 4) clarification on the applicability of service charges.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
