Telecom Order CRTC 98-811
On 8 July 1998, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. (TCEI) filed an application providing for loop selection service.

1.TCEI requested that the tariffs be made effective 30 days after such an approval to allow the company sufficient time to implement billing/service order changes in order to meet customer demand for the service.
2.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
(a) TCEI Tariff Notice 91 is approved on an interim basis with the rates specified therein; and
(b) The company is directed to make loop selection service available within 30 days of this Order at the latest.
