Telecom Order CRTC 98-766
Bell Canada proposed to add electric power items to a Special Facilities Tariff (SFT) for the co-location of customer provided equipment. Tariff Notice (TN) 6235 was filed 2 June 1998.

1.Telecom Order CRTC 98-744, 30 July 1998, provides the Commission's determination regarding the application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. to review and vary Telecom Orders CRTC 98-121, 98-124 and 98-167 which dealt with an application that proposed similar co-location arrangements for customer provided equipment.
2.In light of the forgoing, TN 6235 is denied.
3.The Commission would be willing to consider similar applications for items to be added to existing SFTs, or for new SFT arrangements, that satisfy the conditions indicated in Telecom Orders CRTC 98-121, 98-124 and 98-167.
