Telecom Order CRTC 98-414
On 7 April 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 574, amended by TN 574A dated 17 April 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 50, providing Community Calling Plan service between the following exchanges: Bellevue and Chapel Arm; Bellevue and Whitbourne; Heart's Delight and Carbonear; Heart's Delight and New Harbour; Hillview and Clarenville; Port Blandford and Clarenville; and Ramea and Burgeo.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on the dates set out are approved.
