Telecom Order CRTC 98-380
On 20 March 1998, Telesat Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to amend Tariff CRTC 8001 for the purpose of substituting tariff pages which incorporate changes addressing the allocation of satellite capacity and the terms and conditions therefor.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved.
