Telecom Order CRTC 98-325
On 10 March 1998, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3779, amended by TN 3779A dated 16 March 1998, to introduce a six-month market trial for Public Internet Access, General Tariff Item 113.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
a) The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 22 April 1998 are approved on an interim basis.
b) The Commission considers it appropriate to grant interim approval, pursuant to section 36 of the Telecommunications Act, to BC TEL's involvement in the contents of this proposed service.
