Telecom Order CRTC 98-298
On 25 February 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, proposing a short-term SmartTouch Service promotional offer to provide individual-line, non-moving customers free use, for a period of 8 weeks from the date they are installed, of up to two Calling or IVMS Features from the following: Call Waiting, Call Display, Voice Dialing, Visual Call Waiting and Call Answer or the call forward arrangements, and any of the following options: Call Display-Name, Notification, Extension Call Answer or Call Answer Plus, subscribed to between 1 May and 31 May 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1998 are approved.
