Telecom Order CRTC 98-215
On 30 December 1997, Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., on behalf of MTS NetCom Inc., filed an ex parte application for approval of a "Get the Message" Promotion from 2 February to 1 May 1998.
File No.: Tariff Notice 306
1.  By letter dated 17 February 1998, the Commission denied the ex parte filing and directed the company to provide, within 2 business days, an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms.
2.  The company provided a copy of the application for the public record on 18 February 1998.
3.  In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis.
