Telecom Order CRTC 98-1335
On 24 November 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NB Tel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 687, amended by TN 687A dated 7 December 1998, for approval of National Services Tariff Item 705, Multipoint Network, containing the terms, conditions and rates of an arrangement which provides data transmission via a point-of-sale multi-point network and via the access services terminating on a large customer's premises.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 24 December 1998 are approved.
