On 27 November 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the Non-Basic Services Tariff, introducing a short term sales promotion for 10/100 Megabit per second Access Service, from 4 January to 3 April 1999, waiving the service charges for each new Access Service ordered or installed during the promotional period, as well as waiving the service charges for each Access Service upgrade from 10 Mbps Access Service to 100 Mbps which is ordered or installed during the same promotional period.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 January 1999 are approved.
