On 1 December 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Items D-47(l), (n), (o) and (p), providing for 56 Kbps digital facilities between the exchanges of Warwick and Sherbrooke, Quebec; Shawinigan and Charette, Quebec; Sherbrooke and Valcourt, Quebec; and Otterville and Woodstock, Ontario, respectively, and Item D-47(m) providing for a local 56 Kbps facility in Warwick, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 31 December 1998 are approved.
