Telecom Order CRTC 98-1197
On 2 November 1998, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its General Tariff Sections 6.1, "Frais de distance intercirconscription" (Interexchange mileage charges) and 8.2, "Service Dataroute" (Dataroute Service), phasing out the Dataroute service as of 1 December 1998, changing the rate schedule for loops slower than 19.2 kbps in order to align it with the rate schedule for 19.2 kbps speed loops, effective 1 December 1998, as well as completing the elimination of the Dataroute Service by 1 September 1999.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 December 1998 are approved.
