Telecom Order CRTC 98-1182
On 30 October 1998, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff - Carrier Access Services, introducing Call Routing - Location Routing Number (LRN) Absent which provides call processing for calls from an Interconnecting Carrier (IC) in locations where Local Number Portability has been implemented and when the IC does not transmit the LRN of the serving switch to which the call must be routed for termination.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 December 1998 are approved.
