Telecom Order CRTC 98-1165
On 22 October 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of Special Assembly Tariff Item D-105, which provides for a High Speed Digital Service from the customer's location to the customer's subscriber's location, both located in the City of Calgary.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective 23 November 1998 are approved.
