Telecom Order CRTC 98-112
On 26 September 1997, Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot Inc. (St-Liboire) filed applications for approval of General Tariff revisions pursuant to the Commission's letter of 13 August 1997, pertaining to the following bill management tools: toll restriction, the late payment charge and a six-month instalment payment plan for connection charges.

1. The Commission considers that some wording changes are required to the proposed tariffs.
2. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved with the following modifications:
a) In Item 1.4.3, the applicable monthly interest rate is to be shown. The name of the financial institution whose preferred rate is used in the calculation is to be specified; and
b) In part g) of Item 3.1.1, the wording is to indicate that payment can be extended over a period of up to six months.
3. St-Liboire is to issue revised tariff pages within 10 days of the date of issuance of this Order.
