Telecom Order CRTC 98-1107
On 27 October 1998, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice 3806A, for approval of tariff revisions to allow the company to flow-through to an Alternate Provider of Long Distance Service the appropriate charges of an Independent Telephone Company (ITC) in situations where an ITC does not have an approved Carrier Access Tariff.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis, effective 26 November 1998.
