Fundy Cable Ltd./Ltée

Albert Mines, New Brunswick

Revocation

1.  Fundy Cable Ltd./Ltée (Fundy) has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Albert Mines, New Brunswick.

2.  In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Fundy for the above-mentioned undertaking.
