Administrative renewal

1. For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the broadcasting licences for CFBC and CJYC-FM Saint John, from 1 September 1998 to 28 February 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.

|
2. These administrative renewals are granted solely because the Commission is not in a position to rule on the acquisition of assets applications before the expiry of the term of the current licences.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to each licence.
