Distribution of Children's Miracle Network Telethon

1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1998-31 dated 17 April 1998, the Commission approves the application by Swift Current Cablevision Ltd. for temporary relief, by condition of licence, from the requirement of section 7 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations that it not alter or delete any programming service in the course of its distribution.

2. This condition of licence will permit the licensee to delete the programming of CITV-TV Edmonton, and substitute for it the programming of the Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN), during the Children's Miracle Network Telethon.

3. This authority will be in effect only for the duration of the Children's Miracle Network Telethon to be aired from 7:00 p.m. on 30 May 1998 to 5:00 p.m. on 31 May 1998.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
