d) to amend the Promise of Performance by reducing the French-language vocal music from 100% to 95% of the selections broadcast.

The Commission notes the apparent failure of the licensee to comply with the conditions of licence concerning the broadcast of Canadian Content for Category 2 music (General Music) and Category 3 music (Traditional and Special Interest) as well as the broadcast of French-language vocal music.
