Public Notice

Ottawa, 14 February 1997
Public Notice CRTC 1997-15
The Commission has received the following applications:
WESTERN CANADA AND TERRITORIES REGION
1.  GRANDE PRAIRIE, Alberta
Application (199700274) by O.K. RADIO GROUP LTD. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFGP-FM Grande Prairie, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 70,000 to 66,000 watts.
The applicant indicates that the reduction reflects the "as-built" transmitting facilities which are slightly different from those proposed in the application for a licence to operate CFGP-FM. The applicant further states that there is no significant change in the service area approved by the Commission in Decision CRTC 96-11, dated 16 January 1996.
