Transfer of control
The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A97-0103 dated 13 August 1997, the transfer of control of Saltspring Cablevision (1981) Ltd., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Saltspring Island, through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares held by Linda Jean Phillips (50 common shares) and Geoffrey D. Phillips (50 common shares) to their holding company G. & L. Phillips Holdings Ltd.
