On 24 April 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to its General Tariff Item 2177, providing for the introduction of a charge for use of the In Session Activation feature.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 23 May 1997 are approved.
