On 2 May 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS NetCom Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 1036, Red River Flood Promotion, providing the donation of 7,500 HELLO! Phone Pass cards to Canadian Military Personnel located in Manitoba.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order.
