On 14 April 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the cancellation of Agreement No. 0990 between BC TEL and AGT Limited (now TELUS Communications Inc.) covering transmission services which are no longer required.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 14 May 1997 are approved.
