IN THE MATTER OF an application by AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company (AT&T Canada LDS), dated 5 February 1997, for approval of a new Schedule L to the Canada-United States Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between AT&T Canada LDS and AT&T Corp.

WHEREAS the proposed schedule provides for WorldSource Frame Relay Service;
WHEREAS AT&T Canada LDS stated that it is not yet economical for Teleglobe Canada Inc. (Teleglobe) or other WorldSource partners to provision the required international Frame Relay half circuits required for the delivery of Canadian originated WorldSource Frame Relay traffic; and
WHEREAS any Committed Information Rate capacity needed by AT&T Canada LDS for the provision of Canadian Frame Relay services exceeding 64 kbps in either of the Atlantic Ocean or Pacific Ocean regions will be ordered from Teleglobe under Teleglobe's International Globeframe Service Tariff (CRTC 9200) -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
