IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Durham Telephones Limited under Tariff Notice 15 dated 23 January 1997, providing to delete a reference to the number of hours which is incorrect and add a restriction to the unlimited access account to indicate a limit of one mailbox.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
