Telecom Order CRTC 97-223
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Groupe Lurricomm International (Groupe Lurricomm) dated 18 December 1996, requesting an exemption from contribution charges for a business line service in Montréal.
Reference: 96-2488
WHEREAS in support of its application, Groupe Lurricomm provided an affidavit affirming that the services in question are used solely for the applicant's administrative use;
WHEREAS by letter dated 22 January 1997, Bell Canada (Bell) noted that the quantity of services involved is reasonable, and that the affidavit appears to satisfy the Commission's evidentiary requirements for administrative use exemptions, and accordingly agreed with the requested exemption; and
WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that Groupe Lurricomm has met its evidentiary requirements with respect to administrative circuits as set out in Applications for Contribution Exemptions, Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, 1 April 1993 and notes that Bell has agreed with the exemption -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Groupe Lurricomm's application is approved effective the date of installation.
