On 26 November 1997, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, in order to continue, in 1998, the "La course aux Étoiles", "Introduction des services Étoiles" and "Offres de Bienvenue" promotional programs, both permanent and flexible.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 January 1998 are approved.
