Telecom Order CRTC 97-187
IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS) under Tariff Notice 239 dated 13 December 1996, for approval of proposed tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1700, Public Telephone Service and to Item 1710, Semi-Public Telephone Service, permitting customers to pay for calls using MTS issued or authorized prepaid cash cards.
WHEREAS under Telecom Order CRTC 96-1598 dated 23 December 1996, the Commission granted the proposed tariff revisions interim approval; and
WHEREAS the Commission received no comments with respect to this application -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The proposed tariff revisions are given final approval.
