CRTC 97-1808

Ottawa, 9 December 1997

On 10 October 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 675, amended by TN 675A dated 24 October 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item 4210, "SuperNova Metropolitan Area Network Service", to introduce both 10 Megabits per second (Mbps) and 100 Mbps network connection service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
