On 5 November 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 403, VideoRoute Full Time Inter-exchange Broadcast-quality Video Transmission Channel Service, providing for a six-day period rate for VideoRoute service from Vancouver to the Detroit border crossing.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
