On 10 October 1997, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of a promotional campaign of its "Services Étoiles" providing for the first month at $2.00 when subscribing to one of the following options: Number Display, Name and Number Display, Call Waiting, Ident-A-Call, Call Answer or Call Forwarding from 10 November 1997 to 3 January 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 10 November 1997 are approved.
