Telecom Order CRTC 97-1562
On 8 October 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 546A for approval of tariff revisions amending TN 546.

1. On 26 September 1997, Stentor TN 546 was granted interim approval under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1378 conditional on the company notifying the Commission that the customer had selected Stentor as carrier.
2. Stentor notified the Commission on 8 October 1997 that the Stentor carriers had been selected to provide the associated services.
3. Stentor requested that the amendments be approved to coincide with the effective date of TN 546.
4. The Commission is of the view that Stentor's request is acceptable.
5. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
TN 546A is granted interim approval with the proposed changes to come into effect in conjunction with TN 546. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days.
