Telecom Order CRTC 97-1543

On 5 August 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 523, for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff 1036, Value Point Rewards Promotion. Stentor amended its application on 19 September 1997 under TN 523A.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 97-1212 dated 29 August 1997 and 97-1445 dated 8 October 1997.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
