Telecom Order CRTC 97-1338

On 7 August 1997, AT&T Canada Long Distance Services Company (AT&T Canada LDS) filed an application for approval of an executed revised Schedule C to Canada-United States Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between AT&T Canada LDS and MCI. The revised schedule reduces the settlement rates and also includes a reduction in the Calling Card settlement rate and the Collect and Billed to Third Party settlement rate.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
