Telecom Order CRTC 97-1325
On 12 May 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 270, amended by TN 270A dated 13 June 1997, for approval of tariff revisions to its Carrier Access Tariff to apply the blended connect to conversation minute ratio to the Recovery of Regulatory Proceeding Costs, and to change the Recovery of Start-Up Costs conversation minute charge to six decimal places, in order to be consistent with the other conversation minute charges.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 27 June 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-892.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
