Decision

Ottawa, 28 August 1997
Decision CRTC 97-520
Télécâble St-Donat inc.
Saint-Donat-de-Montcalm, Quebec - 199703640
Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-87 dated 7 July 1997, the Commission approves the application by Télécâble St-Donat inc. for relief, by condition of licence, from the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the regional signal of CBFT-1 (SRC) Mont-Tremblant, on the basic service of the undertaking serving Saint-Donat-de-Montcalm. The licensee is authorized to distribute instead CBFT (SRC) Montréal, received via satellite, on the basic band of the undertaking. The Commission notes that CBFT-1 currently rebroadcasts, in its entirety, the programming of CBFT.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
