Licence amendment
1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-59 dated 20 June 1997, the Commission approves the application by Canal Indigo to amend the broadcasting licence for the pay-per-view television programming undertaking, by adding the following condition of licence:
The licensee is authorized to distribute Canadian programming, other than filler programming, which is produced by the licensee or by a person related to the licensee, but such programming shall not exceed, in each broadcast year, 20% of its Canadian programming schedule.
2. The Commission acknowledges the comments filed by l'Association des producteurs de films et de télévision du Québec regarding this application.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
