Decision

Ottawa, 13 March 1997

Decision CRTC 97-106

MédiaCâble inc.

Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs, Quebec- 199611489

Addition of CBOT and CKSH-TV

Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-4 dated 10 January 1997, the Commission approves the application for authority to distribute, at the licensee's option, CBOT (CBC) Ottawa and CKSH-TV (SRC) Sherbrooke, received via coaxial cable from Sainte-Adèle, as part of the basic service of the undertaking serving Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs.

The Commission is satisfied that the distribution of these signals is in line with the guidelines on the cable distribution of distant Canadian television signals first set out in Public Notice CRTC 1985-61 and reiterated in Public Notice CRTC 1993-74.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
