Application (951220300) by WESTMAN MEDIA CO-OPERATIVE LTD. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Brandon, by allowing the licensee, to be relieved, by condition of licence, from the requirement that it distribute only community programming on the community channel.
The licensee proposes to distribute special educational and informational programming, specifically Western Universities Telecourse Consortium on the community channel for an interim period.

5.  DESTRUCTION BAY, Yukon Territory
Application (199604939) by NORTHERN NATIVE BROADCASTING, YUKON, 4228 A Fourth Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Y1A 1K1, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CHON-FM Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, by relocating the transmitter VF2147 Destruction Bay to a new site approximately 1.46 kilometres southeast of the present site and by decreasing the effective radiated power from 10 to 2 watts.
These changes will not significantly affect the undertaking's coverage area.

-  your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, with facts and grounds therefor. In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
Your intervention will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out above has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural questions.
