Shaw Cablesystems Inc.
APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT CONCERNING A COMMERCIAL FM (RADIO) PROGRAMMING UNDERTAKING
Public Notice CRTC 1995-60, A Review of Certain Matters Concerning Radio, dated 21 April 1995, announced the revision of the format system for commercial FM stations by eliminating the "Pop, Rock, and Dance" (Group I) and "Country" (Group II) formats. A "Specialty" format will remain.

It i s a condition of licence that this station not be operated within the Specialty format as defined in Public Notice CRTC 1995-60, or as amended from time to time by the Commission.
