Image Wireless Communications Inc.
Aberdeen, Allan Hills, Gronlid, Lloydminster, Marquis, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Stranraer, Swift Current, Warmley, Wynyard and Yorkton, Saskatchewan - 952485100
Correction
In Decision CRTC 96-775, the Commission approved the application by Image Wireless Communications Inc. for licences to carry on radiocommunication distribution undertakings to serve the various communities in Saskatchewan noted above.
In the appendix to that decision, condition of licence 2, which sets out the programming services authorized for distribution by the undertakings, contained an error in the first sentence, in that the word "licensed" was omitted.
The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 96-775 dated 4 December 1996 by replacing condition of licence 2 with the following:
2. The licensee is authorized to distribute any licensed specialty, pay television and radio services, except a radio service of the type discussed in paragraph 16(3)(d) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986, as well as any of the programming services contained in the list of "Part II Eligible Satellite Services" attached to Public Notice CRTC 1996-137 dated 16 October 1996 and amended from time to time, and in accordance with the distribution and linkage requirements as set out in condition of licence 5. In addition, the licensee is authorized to distribute the following programming services:
Cable Public Affairs Inc. (CPAC), English- and French-language/
 Sega Canada Inc.
This decision is to be appended to each of the licences issued in respect of Decision CRTC 96-775.
Allan J. Darling
Secretary General
