Following a Public Hearing in Vancouver beginning on 23 September 1996, the Commission approves the application by Rose Island Ventures Inc., for a licence to carry on a cable distribution undertaking to serve Port Simpson. The Commission will issue a licence expiring 31 August 2003, which will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
