 Licence renewal
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-3 dated 8 January 1996, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving High Prairie, from 1 March 1996 to 31 August 2002, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
 The licensee is authorized to continue to distribute, in encrypted mode, the following programming services:

 Consistent with Decision CRTC 90-937 dated 21 September 1990, approval for continued carriage of CHAN-TV is subject to the requirement that the licensee delete duplicate programming from the CHAN-TV service or substitute the local signal of CFRN-TV-8 Grouard Mission when identical programming is broadcast.
 This decision is to be appended to the licence.
