Fraser Lake and District Rebroadcasting Society
Fort Fraser, Fraser Lake and area, British Columbia - 950989400

Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-101 dated 15 July 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the above-noted localities, by deleting the distribution of the radio programming services of CFMI-FM New Westminster and CISN-FM Edmonton, and by adding transmitters for the distribution of additional television programming services.
The licensee is therefore authorized to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the following television programming services:
CIFG-TV (CTV) Prince George
CITV-TV (IND) Edmonton
The Arts & Entertainment Network (A&E)
WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio
WDIV (NBC) Detroit, Michigan
Open Learning Agency (Knowledge Network)
The licensee is authorized to distribute these services on channels 15, 17, 19, 23 and 49, each with a transmitter power of 100 watts, and channel 9 and with an effective radiated power of 116 watts.
The Commission notes that Fraser Lake and District Rebroadcasting Society will surrender its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking CFFL-TV-1 Fraser Lake which distributes the programs of CIFG-TV Prince George, upon approval of this application.
This amendment will bring this licence into conformity with the Broadcasting Act and with Public Notice CRTC 1991-63 entitled "New Broadcasting Act - Amendments to Classes of Licence".
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
