Lake Louise, Alberta - 199607058
Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-71 dated 23 May 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Lake Louise, by adding the authority for the transmitter CJAY-FM-2 which distributes, in non-encrypted mode, the programs of CJAY-FM Calgary.
This amendment will bring this licence into conformity with the Broadcasting Act and with Public Notice CRTC 1991-63 entitled "New Broadcasting Act - Amendments to Classes of Licence". It will take effect upon expiry of the separate licence currently issued for CJAY-FM-2, that is on 31 August 1996.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
