 Change to licensed service area
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-29 dated 23 February 1996, the Commission approves the application to change the licensed area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Moisie by adding areas located to the east and to the west of the undertaking, including a trailer park located near Maliotenam, representing a total of 130 additional households.
The Commission reminds the licensee that any change to the authorized service area of a cable distribution undertaking must receive the prior approval of the Commission.
 In accordance with subsection 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission will only issue the licence amendment, and the authority will only be granted, at such time as written notification is received from the the Department of Industry that it will issue a Broadcasting Certificate.
 This decision is to be appended to the licence.
