Power Broadcasting Inc.

 New radio network

Following a Public Hearing in Vancouver beginning on 27 February 1996, the Commission approves the application by Power Broadcasting Inc. for a French-language radio network licence consisting of CFLP Rimouski, CFVM Amqui, CHNC New Carlisle, CHGM Gaspé, CHRM Matane and CKCN Sept-Îles for the purpose of broadcasting the regular and play-off hockey games of the Rimouski Océanic.

 The Commission will issue a network licence expiring 31 May 1996, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

 This decision is to be appended to the licence.
